At Edible Creations our mission is to create joyful, lifelong memories through our edible works of art.

Owner and Cake Designer/Artist Belinda Hutchinson started Edible Creations in 2007 from her home and in 2010 opened a beautiful new store in Springwood, Lower Blue Mountains of NSW.

Belinda combines her love of design and colour with a good dose of perfectionism and now has a reputation for cakes that not only taste amazing but are always made with that extra attention to detail. Before starting Edible Creations Belinda was a school teacher and it is this passion for educating that led her to offer cake decorating workshops in store.

Over the years Belinda has set about building a team of talented people that together create cakes that are highly sought after. Each member of our team is friendly, creative and dedicated to ensuring we exceed our clients’ expectations.
